Should you arrive outside office hours we are able to accommodate your needs by leaving your keys available to you on full payment one week prior to check in.



LATE ARRIVALS

Please check in at
9 am
the next day.
Late arrivals after 7.30 pm please press the intercom at the front gate and pull the gate towards you following instructions.  When or if the front security gate is open, please proceed up pedestrian ramp to foyer.  Lift the wall phone near the drink machine in the foyer and wait for instructions.  You do not have to dial any numbers.   You will be advised to bend down and look under the reception bench and a safe will be opened.  In the safe will be a name envelope with your keys and instructions inside.

Depost required within 7 days of booking.
Balance of accommodation must be paid in full one month prior to check-in.
 Special conditions apply for high seasons.

Terms and Conditions of Booking & Occupancy

1. Security Bond
A security bond is payable before or upon arrival through a valid credit card authorisation imprinted and signed by one registered guest.  This is in the event of loss of keys, damage to the apartment(s) or any other charges which may be incurred.  This credit card authorisation will be destroyed upon your departure.

2. Charges
Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque or credit card before occupancy commences unless incurred during stay. Charges will also occur on your departure if the rooms are left unreasonably untidy and the dishes and garbage are not taken out.  We ask that you wash your dishes and take the garbage to the industrial bin to save incurring any additional charges. 

3. Check Out Time
Check out is strictly  BEFORE  10.00am on departure day to avoid  cleaning  or full day charge.

4. Refunds
We are careful not to misrepresent our Holiday Apartments. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee room numbers or levels. We cannot be held responsible if the accommodation is unsatisfactory on arrival. No refund is given if you are unsatisfied with your accommodation.  We advertise as budget accommodation.  Please read our cancellation policy.

5. Loss or Damage
The guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

6. Deposits
Required for all reservations, amount will be advised at time of booking

7. Registered Guests
Only the number of people advised on booking and shown on registration may stay in the apartment.

8. Loss or Damage of Personal Property
Neither Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property of which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.

9. Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notification.

10. Cancellation Policy

TOURIST/ LOW SEASON
Prior to 28 days of arrival $55 Administration
28 days - 0 days of arrival No refund of deposit for cancellation notified during this period
SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
Booking made 14 - 0 days of arrival No refund of deposit for cancellation notified during this period
NOTE:  TARIFF IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR STAYS CUT SHORT
